About 18 km of secure cycling paths are arranged as well as the "voies vertes", green trails through
the Pignada and the Lazaret forests.
These trails, from 1.480m to 2.600m, end at the beaches.
Other cycling paths on the banks of the Adour go
to Bayonne and to Ustaritz, on the banks of the river Nive.
