All bookings must be
guaranteed by credit card. Reservations for dates between the 15/06 and
20/09 must also be accompanied by a deposit of
30% of the total price of rental. The booking will only become definitive upon our
written confirmation by mail, fax or email.
(In keeping with common practice in the hotel trade, any booking must be
accompanied by a deposit which is constituting means of forfeit. This sum
is reimbursed on the departure.)
For any stay between the 15th of June and the 20th of September 2008, and in the event of
cancellation less
than a week before the scheduled date of arrival or no-show, no reimbursement
will be made. We recommend that you take out a cancellation insurance with
your insurer.
Before and after those dates, and in the event of
cancellation less than 1 day before the date of arrival or no-show, the
deposit will not be refunded or if the reservation has been guaranteed
with a credit card number, 30% of the price of the night will be
charged.
In July and August, on the day of arrival, the rooms will be placed at
guests' disposal from 3.00 pm and will have to be released, the day of
departure, at 11.00 am. |
