The Lagoondy Surf Camp in Biarritz was created in 1996 by
Thomas GOUFFRANT. The Surf camp is situated
just south of Biarritz in the shady park of a Four-Star Campsite
with swimming pool and tennis, 5 minutes walk from a superb sandy
beach in Bidart.
The surf-camp has a girls' area, Lagoondygirl, a clubhouse
reserved for our surf campers where we organize barbecue evenings and
surf film video projections, and a sports area on the beach
(volley-ball, trampoline...) at the RoyalTtiki Club.
Lodging is in mobile homes, a bungalow dormitory for the youngest, or
in very comfortable tents.
The Surf Camp is open from mid-May till the end of September. Come and learn
to surf or bodyboard or improve your surfing technique at the best
spots on the Côte Basque and the southern Landes coast.
Every week a group of surf campers from different countries share their
passion for surfing and live a week to the rhythm of the tides, the
waves and the sun.

Ready for a surf session at dawn on a deserted beach or the last wave of the
day with the sun setting ?
Lagoondy provides a wide selection of quality surfing equipment
(surfboards, bodyboards, longboards, skimboards) so that you use a board
adapted to your level of experience. Our team of qualified
professional surf instructors are on hand throughout the day so that
you get every chance to surf. They'll teach you about the ocean and the
waves to help you learn fast, gain confidence and surpass yourself in
the surf.
We look after our surf campers 24 hours a day.
You can have as many lessons and surf sessions as you want.
