| The Hossegor natural salt water Lake & Canal are tidal, fed by the sea. The photograph above (which was taken at twilight) shows the beautiful setting of the Landes forest down to the edge of the Lake. The church tower of St Trinity (Hossegor centre) at the end of the lake and just the silhouette of the Pyrenees Mountains in the far distance. |
