The Point d'Or is a residential complex
comprising several buildings on both sides of the boulevard de la
Dune on the southern Hossegor beach (1000m from the town centre). An
ideal situation for a perfect sea-side holiday. The shops nearby
(pharmacy, bakery, tobacconist, newspapers...) bicycle rental and
surf school make life easy. There is a private swimming pool for
residents, open from the end of June to September, private parking,
underground or on the surface, bicycle sheds and surfboard storage,
lifts and terraces with garden furniture.... Everything you need for
a relaxing holiday in any season.

bunk beds, sofa bed for 2 pers., 1 bedroom with 1 double bed, fully
equipped kitchen.
THE PACKAGE INCLUDES :

- water & electricity (included in July & August)
- cancellation insurance
- 6 surfing lessons - 1h30 per day/person. From
Tuesday to Sunday
- Equipment provided (surf or body board +
wetsuits + fins)
- Transport from the school to the surf spot
- Instructors with Brevet d'état (the French national
Surf Instructor exam)
- French Surfing Federation Insurance cover during
lessons
- In case of bad weather lessons are postponed or refunded
THE PACKAGE DOES NOT INCLUDE :
- Sheets and towels (rental possible, contact us)
- Tourist tax : 1st of June to 30th September : adults and
children + 10 : 0.75€/pers/day
- Booking fees : 25€ VAT inc (for 2 to 5 pers.)
